Hi, thanks for visiting my mind. I like fiction, I love food and have a pretty crazy imagination which fuels both. I figured I could have fun and let some of those creative juices flow and give the readers something to chew on after.
I’ve been cooking since I was 15 but the family business was priority so it was just as a second job. I worked for my father after school for money and fast food with my friends for fun. At 21 I moved across the country and for some reason I always found cooking jobs. They were the best. Work with friends, eat, drink, sweat, bleed and burn yourself and the chef buys you beers after. I loved it. I didn’t realize I loved it till later on.
I have traveled the US and Alaska extensivly and have many stories to tell. Most of my writing will have more truths than fiction but I like to let loose and not have restrictions.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Food related or not, I’ve always had two good ears and a spot of common sence.
